Thursday morning session: The Eight-Figure Value Proposition for Surgery Centers

Learn to act like you want to be treated. Most surgery centers don't want to be treated like commodities, yet, that's how they behave. Nobody cares what your surgery is, does or how it does it and that's why you're a commodity. Attract new cases because of why you do what you do which has nothing to do with an expected change or business outcome. It's personal.

Elevate your surgery center to operate from "why" and experience how it impacts your "what" and "how."

You'll leave with version 1.0 of your value proposition (how you improve the physician's and patient's condition) in its rightly-ordered form - why, what and how. In addition, you'll receive ideas on how you value proposition ties in and supports your strategic plan.

This highly-interactive professional development experience is being delivered to members courtesy of the Texas ASC Society at no cost but space is limited to the first 25 registrants.

Please RSVP to Jacie Scarborough if you would like to attend this session at Jacie.Scarborough@texmed.org
